Elidonne brings strong customer service skills to her role. She previously worked as a rewards representative at Encore Boston Harbor, enrolling new and updating player information. Today, she enjoys educating patrons in new ways, whether helping individuals struggling to set limits or connecting them to the best resources. 

Elidonne speaks Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish. She holds degrees from Reedley Community College outside Fresno, California, Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, and the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She enjoys traveling and cooking.
